From a 403 error to a live lead engine — in six hours
A private luxury real-estate advisory in Bengaluru went from a parked domain serving a 403 to a full editorial site, a 3-step qualifying Property Finder, an admin dashboard, and a live careers portal — designed, built, and handed over in a single six-hour sprint.

The armoniestates.com domain had been live for three months serving only a '403 Forbidden' error. No lead capture, no way for a buyer to reach the brand online. Armoni's inventory and builder relationships are private by design — the site had to build trust and desire, then route serious buyers directly to the team.
The engagement started on Instagram, moved to WhatsApp, and was confirmed on the strength of our Royal Customs work. No deadline pressure — the 6-hour turnaround came from process, not panic. We anchored on one insight: ~80% of luxury real-estate visitors browse on mobile, so the phone experience is the primary experience, not a shrunken copy.
Discretion over inventory (no open listings). Qualification over search (a 3-step guided questionnaire on Asset Class → Purpose → Budget). Only positive language across every headline — a premium buyer should read possibility, never friction. The brand palette drawn from the Armoni crest — crimson and ivory — carried through every surface.
Editorial landing page with a private consultation section and a smooth continuously-scrolling showcase of asset categories. Cormorant Garamond for the editorial serif, Manrope for the modern sans. Mobile-first, Lighthouse-scored on mobile before desktop.
Next.js frontend, PostgreSQL, Nodemailer SMTP, self-managed VPS. A password-protected admin dashboard with search, filters and running totals across every form type. Instant email notifications on every submission. Careers portal on /careers flowing into the same dashboard.
Every lead arrives pre-qualified with asset class, purpose, and budget attached — the sales team never opens a cold, contextless enquiry.
The numbers.

"Six hours after we shook hands, armoniestates.com was live, qualifying leads, and pinging our inbox on every enquiry."
Hour 1: full landing-page draft shared with the client. Hours 2–5: revisions plus the backend, forms, and lead capture. Final hour: the admin dashboard, live and handed over. Half of the total build time was collaboration — scheduled in, not squeezed out.
