DevsCrest Solutions operates on a monthly subscription/retainer model for our services. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
No refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our digital products, custom builds, SEO campaigns, and engineering services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or a monthly billing cycle has started. All sales are final.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription or retainer contract at any time by providing 14 days written notice before your next billing date. Services will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made.
